8. Discover how to use imagery to meet your personal goals – a key to instilling change in the body
9. Learn how we as babies learn to move and how this innate knowledge helps the growth of our body and mind.

11. Learn how the interplay of stability/mobility throughout the body supports our balance while moving or in stillness
